Harbor House

The Harbor House Halfway House provides residential treatment for women who are not only victims of domestic violence, but also require intensive treatment for substance abuse issues. Funding comes primarily from government funding, which has not increased in a number of years, and more recently has actually decreased. We need your help now more than ever.
